We are seeking a Utility Call Center Supervisor to oversee a call center and staff and act as a working supervisor. The call center supports inbound inquiries and complaints regarding tree trimming and vegetation management services. Responsibilities include logging, routing, and resolving service requests in the client’s system while providing excellent customer service. Supervisor Candidates preferred experience is 2–5 years of utility customer support experience, strong communication and data entry skills, and be tech-savvy.
