Practice Setting
Work across multiple sites within 30 miles of each otherSupport staff includes medical assistants and radiology techniciansSee 3-4 patients per hour on averageSchedule
Day shifts, Monday-Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PMNo call requiredProcedures and Cases
Handle typical urgent care cases : cold / flu, rashes, sprains, minor burnsPerform orthopedic procedures like splintingComfortable with suturing, wound care, I&Ds, X-rays / EKGs, and drawing blood / IVsRequirements
Board CertifiedMinimum 2 years of Urgent Care experience or 1 year of Emergency Medicine experienceComfortable seeing patients of all ages and working independentlyACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA requiredCredentialing Requirements
