This opportunity is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care , enjoys seeing patients of all ages , and prefers a setting focused on preventative and episodic medicine with no inpatient responsibilities or nursing home rounds .

Position Highlights :

• Outpatient only No rounding or nursing homes
• Schedule : Full-time with 1 : 4 shared call (minimal weekend burden)
• Patient Volume : 18 / day (low-volume model for quality care)
• Team : Join 2 FT physicians, 1 PT physician, and 3 NPs
• Support : Dedicated MAs, ACO wraparound services, point-of-care lab
• Facility : 15 exam rooms, 3 per provider
• EMR : EPIC
• In-network referrals and robust clinical support
