We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare detailed financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure all related tax filings comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including order entry, invoicing, payment posting, and collection efforts.
• Monitor and support budgeting processes, track cash flow, and conduct financial analyses to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with external accountants to facilitate year-end closing and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records to support audits and reporting needs.
• At least 7 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and formula creation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax reporting.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and forecasting cash flow.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
