D’Addario Automotive Group is a Family Owned and Operated Dealership located in Shelton, CT since 1968. We have a great opportunity to join our Nissan Service Team. We are seeking a customer service oriented individual to fill our Full Time Service Clerk role.
Schedule - (Subject to change based on department needs)
Hours : Monday-Friday 10am-7pm , Rotating (every other) Saturday 8am-4pm
Starting Pay : $17.00 - $19.00 based on experience (entry level Service position)

Some Role Responsibilities :
Take payments from Service and Parts Customers / create receiptsBalance cash / credit / checks dailyFiling paperwork / Repair Orders / Parts TicketsAnswer incoming phone calls (transfer / page to the correct person / department)Make confirmation calls for Service & make follow up calls for ServiceSchedule appointments for Service CustomersService Clerk makes coffee and replenishes snacks. Cashier checks coffee station / snacks every 2 hours.Must have strong attention to detail and strong ability to multitask - very busy officesIf you are looking for a new opportunity in a customer service role, this might be the position for you!
