CNC Programmer

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour, DOE

7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm / Monday-Friday

A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision machining team. This role requires programming, setting up, and operating a variety of CNC and conventional machines, producing high-precision aerospace components. This position requires strong technical expertise, flexibility, and experience with a wide range of CNC machine types, software, and tooling techniques.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities :

• Independently set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional mills and lathes, including Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, and Mazak machines
• Utilize Mazatrol, Okuma, and Fanuc controls for programming and operation
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine machining sequence, tolerances, and setup requirements
• Perform complex machine setups, including tool selection, fixture alignment, and offset adjustments
• Conduct pre-run checks, trial runs, and ongoing monitoring to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists to move materials and parts as needed
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols
