Roles & Responsibilities
Drive lead generation activities to build and manage prospective student / parent databases for enrolment
Support go-to-market launch strategies for new products, integrations, and campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms
Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
Create, optimise, and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (banners, newsletters, videos, emailers, printed collaterals, etc.) in collaboration with creative teams
Lead or support large-scale virtual and physical events, promotions, and communication campaigns
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design integrated campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement
Produce effective product marketing content, templates, and presentations to support business goals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Streamline marketing operations and support continuous process improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in digital and / or product marketing (experience in the education industry is an advantage)
Proven track record in lead generation, content marketing and copywriting, with strong attention to detail
Proficient in ad serving and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Knowledge of the tuition / education industry and Sitefinity is an added advantage
