EDUCATION / TRAINING
- Minimum Education : High School Diploma / GED
EXPERIENCE
Commercial plumbing service experienced required, with a min of 5 years commercial plumbing service experience required.Plumber's Journeyman License.Backflow Prevention Device from DPOR a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling up to 50 pounds.Some climbing and balancing.Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and / or crawling.Generally, the job requires 15% sitting, 40% walking, and 45% standing.High noise levels are common with general maintenance.Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours.Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role requires work in office setting and in non-office settings such as machinery rooms, electrical distribution centers, server rooms, and industrial locations.Work requires exposure to heat / cold, noise, dust, mist, and / or fumes.Required the ability to climb ladders and work at heights.Requires wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, fall protection harness, protective-toe footwear, gloves, hard hat, and hearing protection.Work hazards include electrical shock, confined spaces, and noise hazards.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
