Note : This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site three days a week at our clients New York City office.
Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of bankruptcy law experience and active bar admission in New York.

Job Description
- Handle Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters
- Represent clients in bankruptcy court and manage adversary proceedings
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic case advice
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to resolve complex issues
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships
- Support litigation matters related to insolvency and restructuring
Qualifications
