Required Qualifications :

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration within 90 days of hire.

1 year Nursing experience.
