Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School-Based Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) providing services in Lexington, St. Matthews, Bamberg and Orangeburg SC. The RDH will provide dental hygiene services to school-aged children, including dental cleanings, oral health assessments, and fluoride treatments. Additional responsibilities include educating students on proper oral hygiene techniques, documenting dental care provided, and collaborating with school staff to ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves contributing to overall community oral health by implementing preventative care practices within school settings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical skills in Hygiene, Dentistry, and Dental Care
• Proficiency in performing Dental Prophylaxis and application of dental sealants and fluoride
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for educating children and collaborating with school personnel
• Licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of South Carolina
• Experience in school-based or pediatric dental care is a plus
• Commitment to providing high-quality, preventative oral health care
