Starting at $46 per hour

40 Hours / week for a CDCES or 8-16 hours / week for non-CDCES RD

Starting ASAP for a 3-month duration

Key Duties

Provide individualized nutrition assessment, diagnostic therapy and counseling services for the purpose of diabetes self-management for patients and caregivers

Screen, assess, monitor, and provide recommendations for both in-patients and outpatients

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in meetings and / or rounds

Develops and provides programming, education, and resources for the population

Experience with electronic charting, the Nutrition Care Process and writing PES statements to provide appropriate documentation for the plan of care

Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients' protected health information

Ability to perform work independently with minimal training

Required Licenses / Certifications

Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR

GA state dietitian license is required prior to starting position

CDE / CDCES strongly preferred
