Full-time, Exempt Position Overview

The Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of transportation management within the organization, including carrier relationship management, rate maintenance, freight operations, invoice processing, and trailer usage agreements. This role requires a strategic approach to continuous improvement, data management, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. The Transportation Manager will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing transportation-related expenses, and coordinating operational improvements across various transportation functions. This role will work out of the Dawson, GA office.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The pay range for this position is expected to be between : $70,400.00 - $132,900.00. The total compensation package for this position will also include an annual bonus.
