Student Success Coach

A company is looking for a Student Success Coach to enhance learner engagement and support on their platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customized coaching support to guide learners in using the language platform

Monitor learner progress through check-ins and proactive outreach

Encourage and motivate learners to take ownership of their learning success

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English, French, and Spanish (spoken and written)

Minimum 2 years' experience in student engagement, coaching, or customer service

Experience with digital communication tools and multi-message campaign design

Strong passion for helping immigrants and refugees achieve career advancement

Proactive and action-oriented with a sense of urgency
