Job description

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Arizona!

Locations :

Phoenix, Arizona
Tucson, Arizona

Position Highlights :

Full-time Outpatient opportunity

Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

Very Light Call Schedule

Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient

Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology

State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Position Benefits :

Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

Position Requirements :

MD or DO

Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
