Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Ontario, Ohio (zip 44906) – Central Ohio healthcare jobs Unit : Labor & Delivery (L&D) Nursing Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Start Date : December 1, 2025 End Date : March 2, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880-$2020 On-Site Position On-Call : Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in Weekend Coverage : Every 3rd weekend required Floating : May float to Bucyrus and Galion campuses as needed Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Ohio or compact RN license (required at submission) Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Willingness to obtain STABLE certification if not already held Recent travel nursing experience (within the past year) Epic charting experience preferred COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions considered) Ability to float to Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion campuses Smoke-free healthcare facility and campus Completion of up to 8 hours of pre-start modules via HealthStream (non-billable) Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum periods Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes Respond to on-call needs and arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when required Float to other campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) as assigned Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic (preferred) Complete orientation and required pre-start modules prior to assignment Adhere to hospital policies, including no holiday time off during assignment Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Ontario, Ohio!
