The Seth Brothers Team is seeking driven, business-minded Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our growing division. We specialize in commercial properties throughout Houston and the surrounding areas—equipping our agents with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to close high-value transactions with confidence.

Our office at 6920 Brisbane Ct, Sugar Land, TX 77479 , serves as a hub for collaboration among top industry professionals, investors, and business leaders. As part of our commercial team, you’ll benefit from hands-on, in-office synergy combined with a cloud-based brokerage platform offering advanced technology, national data access, and powerful virtual networking opportunities.

Compensation :

Strictly Commision Role - Oppurtunity for $100,000+

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue commercial real estate opportunities in the Houston market
  • Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial analysis
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
  • Leverage technology to streamline transactions and support business growth
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through training, coaching, and mentorship

Qualifications :

  • Hold an active real estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one)
  • Show genuine interest and / or experience in commercial real estate
  • Bring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a self-motivated, enterprising mindset
  • Prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
