About the Opportunity
Translation is looking for culturally curious, concept-driven creatives to join our team dedicated to McDonald’s. The primary focus will be on developing bold, culturally resonant work for McDonald’s African American Consumer Market (AACM), speaking directly to Black audiences and advancing the brand's connection with culture. While the primary focus will be on shaping McDonald’s African American Cultural Marketing creative, this role will also contribute to other high-impact work across the agency. Whether you're a copywriter, art director, or designer, you'll help build a fresh and authentic creative voice for one of the world’s most iconic brands—through the lens of culture, community, and creativity.
