Your impact
Perform on-site service, installations, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools in your local territory.Troubleshoot and repair across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.Resolve customer issues with urgency and professionalism; provide sales support and basic end-user training when needed.Represent Ellison Technologies ethically and professionally in all situations.Take ownership of service tickets and projects, maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation.Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive fast, high-quality outcomes.Contribute to additional related duties as assigned.About you
Experience installing, servicing, and / or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.Proven diagnostic ability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Strong communicator who thrives in the field and enjoys solving tough problems.Life at Ellison
