Member Technical Support Representative

Overview
The Member Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to members by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving online account issues through inbound calls. Primary duties include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application). This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear / detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
