Job Summary : We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a current state license as an RN and have a friendly attitude along with excellent communication skills. This job consists of working with individuals with developmental disabilities in an ICF / IDD group home setting.

Responsibilities :
Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical and medical needs of the consumers in the group homes.Initial medication training and monitoring for unlicensed staff in the group homeWork closely with the team to ensure individuals’ needs are metReviewing physician’s orders for accuracy and providing in-service for staffAssist in psychiatric, dental, and monthly physician clinics.Assist with workers’ compensations reportingScheduling and documenting individual appointments on computer programSend chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication reviewProvide effective communication to patients / clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionalsRequires on-callQualifications :
