Job descriptionManage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Mandarin Draft, format and proofread reports, memos, and presentations Act as liaison between executive and internal / external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking suppliers Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Assist with procurement tracking, order coordination, and production scheduling support Support executive in both business and occasional personal tasks Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence Communicate with overseas partners, factories, or suppliers on behalf of the executive Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects Help onboard new clients, partners, or internal staff as required Requirements & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication norms is a plus Powered by JazzHR
