Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients using various communication channels to resolve complex cases
Manage and resolve complex cases while collaborating with internal teams
Support service improvement initiatives and provide feedback on community experiences
Required Qualifications
Over four years of relevant experience in customer service or similar roles
Experience in hospitality or working with technology platforms is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Apple / Mac OS and Google Suite
