Job description

A company is looking for a Manager, CSM (SMB).

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)

Design and implement a tech-enabled strategy for customer engagement

Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of people leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets in a SaaS environment

Deep expertise in the SMB market with experience in scaled engagement strategies

Strategic mindset with experience leveraging technology and automation

Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
