Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
Design and implement a tech-enabled strategy for customer engagement

2+ years of people leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets in a SaaS environment
