What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct resonance testing to gauge user reactions and alignment with design concepts for robotics interfaces
  • Plan and execute studies for concept validation to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives
  • Develop and lead usability testing sessions, identifying pain points and areas for improvement
  • Gather user insights through qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user interactions with robotic systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in UX research, preferably in technical systems or related industries
  • Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including usability testing and concept validation
  • Familiarity with research tools such as Miro, UserTesting, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for interpreting data and presenting findings

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience conducting research for hardware-software integrated systems, such as robotics
  • Understanding of accessibility standards to promote inclusive user experiences
  • Masters degree in a relevant field
