Job description
A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to support its cannabis distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales by entering orders submitted through various communication channels
Answer inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding accounts receivable, delivery, and product status
Provide technical support and maintain database records in the Encompass ERP system
Required Qualifications
Associate degree strongly preferred
Experience in wholesale distribution
Familiarity with Encompass RAS and Encompass WMS
Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or sales
Experience with relational databases (SQL is a plus)
