Key Responsibilities

Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center

Pre-register and schedule moderately complex procedures

Coordinate multiple resources for patient services

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Two years of related customer-facing healthcare experience

One year of experience in scheduling or pre-registering patients

No specific licensure or certification required by law
