North Carolina Licensed Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist (NC Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Execute the consumer complaint resolution process and manage complaint logs

Review and resolve consumer disputes in compliance with relevant policies

Assist in audits and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in financial services and process-oriented business environments preferred

Background knowledge of consumer debt collection or healthcare regulation preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required

Interest in continuous learning and adapting to changing environments
