About the role :
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with the routine operation of the community. The purpose of this position is to provide the additional capacity needed to manage the community effectively.
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Job Type : Full time; Temp to hire
Pay : $22 / hr
Location : Honolulu
- Will need military base access therefore must pass military base required background checks. Must meet driving requirements and have a valid Driver's License. Must have personal reliable vehicle to use on a daily basis. May have to do company errands.
Primary Responsibilities :
First point of escalation for customer service or management related issuesResponsible for rent collection of delinquent accounts, recoup current resident damage, and other financial responsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations in the officeReview and approve all new resident files ensuring accuracyEnforce resident guide and community standards by regularly inspecting common areas of communityMonitor and assist in completing resident journey touch pointsEnsure all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports are complete, accurate and on timeMaintain a fundamental working knowledge of all lease documentation and resident guide policies and proceduresActively assist and participate in the organization and execution of company-sponsored resident events including social eventsPerforming duties as needed such as move-ins, move-outs, conducting assessments with residents and assess charges for damagesIn the absence of the Community manager, the ACM will serve as acting Community ManagerJob Requirements :
High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in business preferredMinimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in property managementProficiency in YARDI or other similar industry software preferredExperience with computer system required which includes web-based application and Microsoft Office applicationsAble to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in EnglishAble to work collaboratively in small teamsMust provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful mannerMust have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy#HVR123
