About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in a relevant setting

License : Unrestricted RN license

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience preferred
• Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Experience with rapid response and code teams
• Proficient in blood product administration
• Skilled in central and peripheral line care / management
• Ability to manage cardiac drips without titration
• Competence in oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management
• Understanding of isolation precautions and telemetry

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse with expertise in cardiac stepdown care.

The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

They will utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

This role includes collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

The nurse will monitor patients for signs of deterioration and respond appropriately.

Additionally, they will perform thorough documentation as required by the facility.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position does not allow for any license hits.

All candidates must be nicotine-free as per facility regulations.

A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required prior to starting the position.
