Position Summary :
The People Analytics Analyst supports the Firm’s People Analytics function by providing leaders and teams with timely, trustworthy, and responsible insights from our HR and People data. This position combines data analysis, visualization, and reporting to deliver meaningful insights around staffing, performance and productivity, internal mobility, retention, engagement, and skill development. The People Analytics Data Analyst develops consistent and reliable metrics for the global HR function, focusing on improving department performance and demonstrating return on infrastructure and staffing investments.

Target Hiring Range $97,000 - $136,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
