Human Resources Manager

Full Time l Onsite l Fresno County

Our client, a respected organization in Fresno County, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR in a dynamic organization while making a real impact on the community and shaping a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR record-keeping.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
