As a lead project and program manager, you will execute specialized project management tasks independently, ensuring quality outcomes for non-technical projects. You will support team projects with your expertise and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of project objectives. This role will give you the opportunity to make a true impact in the business as a whole. Our ideal candidate will have large enterprise software company experience, and project success stories to share. They will have the ability to work out of one of our Eastern office locations 2-days a week, to better partner with our Europe-based team. Key tasks include independently managing project schedules and timelines, overseeing and controlling project scope and objectives, administering project budgets and financial reports, crafting detailed and accurate project documentation, conducting thorough risk analysis and mitigation planning, leading project meetings with a focus on outcomes, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations, implementing and controlling project changes, ensuring high levels of quality and compliance, and developing and delivering project presentations and reports.

You're a great fit if you have advanced scheduling skills, documentation expertise, clear communication, financial administration, stakeholder management, proficiency with project management tools, risk and change management, and quality control. Transformational work experience operating in a matrix, dissecting, defining, and upgrading processes is also required. Confidence in goal achievement and large enterprise software company experience is required.
