Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse

Description :

Assess, plan, and implement nursing care of residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsible for the continuity of care by providing direct care and passing medications.

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff.

Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with patients, staff, and the general public.
