Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive bar license(s) in good standing in the State you Applied toMinimum 3 years’ experience practicing estate planning or related legal fieldsMedicaid asset protection and special needs planning experience is requiredAbility to independently onboard and manage clientsMulti-state licensure or reciprocity is strongly preferredBenefits
