Senior, Paid Search Specialist

International Luxury brand is seeking a Sr Paid Search Specialistto lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Search and Performance Max campaigns. This role will serve as the in-platform expert, managing performance, testing, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
• Build and manage campaigns using industry best practices, including keyword strategy, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Monitor daily performance, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve ROAS and CPA goals.
• Partner with analytics and CRM teams to ensure proper attribution and data alignment across platforms.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, test outcomes, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align keyword and messaging strategies across channels.
