About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the escrow officer in managing real estate transactions, including relocation transactions, refinance, and purchase transactions, ensuring a seamless closing process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare escrow documents, settlement statements, and closing disclosures.

Open, manage, and track escrow files for relocation, refinance, and purchase transactions.

Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and relocation companies to gather required information.

Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions for accuracy.

Coordinate closing schedules and ensure all necessary documents are signed.

Handle escrow funds, issue checks, and balance accounts in compliance with company policies.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions meet legal and industry standards.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in escrow, title, or real estate.

Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask.

Software : Proficiency in escrow or title software (, SoftPro, ResWare, Qualia) preferred.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
