Job descriptionOrder processing : Accurately fulfill parts and materials for time-sensitive work and sales orders. Stock replenishment : Move items from overflow / secondary locations into primary bins, verifying part name / number and unit counts at each transfer. Inventory control : Perform careful physical counts whenever stock is added to or removed from inventory. Quality assurance : Visually confirm every item matches the bin’s part number to eliminate fulfillment errors. Cross-functional collaboration : Maintain clear, positive communication with teammates and partners in Production and Sales. Additional duties : Support other operational needs as assigned. Education : High School Diploma or GED. Accuracy & detail : Exceptional numerical precision and attention to detail. Problem-solving : Ability to meet deadlines and hit goals despite obstacles. Team mindset : Collaborative, constructive approach with colleagues at all levels. Technical proficiency : Comfortable using standard office equipment. Computer skills : Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel , and Outlook. Math skills : Confident adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Lifting : Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance . Endurance : Able to walk or stand on concrete for up to 4 hours at a time . Mobility : Regularly talks or hears; frequently sits, uses hands to finger / handle objects / tools / controls, and reaches with hands / arms; occasionally stands and walks, climbs or balances, and stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls. Vision : Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Step into a pivotal operations position where you keep materials flowing, orders moving, and counts precise. As an Inventory Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll safeguard inventory integrity while supporting urgent internal work orders and external sales orders in a fast-paced environment.

- Compensation : $19–$21 per hour
- Schedule : 6 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.
A Day in the Life
You start the morning by reviewing urgent work orders and sales orders, prioritizing what must ship or move to production. You pick parts with precision, verify bin locations and part numbers, and confirm counts before anything leaves its spot. Throughout the day, you replenish primary stock from secondary storage, double-checking every label and quantity to prevent errors. You communicate frequently with Production and Sales to keep everyone aligned and step in on other operational tasks to keep the facility humming.
