At Neurodiverse Counseling, we deliver client-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities. As a remote, collaborative team committed to making a real difference, we are seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join us. Responsibilities :
Deliver individual, family, and / or couples therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Independently manage your caseload while leveraging clinical supervision and team consultation for continuous improvement.
Stay current with best practices, research, and emerging trends to ensure the highest quality of care.
Maintain efficient organization and documentation to support smooth and effective remote service delivery.
Who We’re Looking For :
Experienced & Client-Centered : A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, particularly with neurodivergent and / or LGBTQIA+ clients. Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds is essential.
Organized & Efficient : Strong time management and documentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Passionate Professional : A deep commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful progress and well-being.
Telehealth Savvy : Comfortable delivering therapy remotely and adept at managing a virtual caseload.
Key Qualifications :
Active independent licensure in Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LMFT).
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.

Specifics relating to this role :
This role requires therapists to be located at a computer for their sessions and to maintain concentration for long periods of time. Since this is a telehealth-focused position, therapists must have a secure, private space and a reliable internet connection to conduct sessions effectively. Therapists are compensated on a per-session basis, at a rate to be negotiated by the candidate and Neurodiverse counseling management. Therapists are expected to see a minimum of 20 clients a week and are expected to submit their notes in a timely fashion, within 48 hours of each session.
