Manager Of Content Partnerships And Merch
Dunkin' is looking for a culture-obsessed, relationship-driven Manager of Content Partnerships and Merch to lead our content partnership strategy and execution and oversee our merch execution. This role is at the intersection of brand storytelling and community buildingcultivating digital partnerships that drive buzz, create iconic moments, and keep Dunkin' top-of-feed (and top-of-cup). You'll work across talent, platforms, and content formats to bring the Dunkin' brand to life in bold, authentic, and relevant ways. This role is all about knowing our target audience, the platforms where they consume content, and how to integrate our brand authentically in their tone of voice (without compromising ours!).
Key Responsibilities :
Content Partnerships
Build and manage strategic relationships with partners, creators, and platforms to amplify Dunkin's brand across channels
Lead end-to-end campaign executionfrom creative brief to content calendar to performance recap
Identify trendsetters and content partners aligned with target audiences, key brand priorities, product launches, and seasonal moments
Collaborate with social, PR, creative, and media teams to ensure integrated storytelling and amplification
Monitor cultural trends, platforms, competitors, and brand activations to inform strategy and spark new ideas to put the brand in front of our target audience
Ensure Dunkin' stays ahead of the curve with innovative content formats, collabs, and partnership integrations
Merch Category
Work with Director of Brand Experience to build a comprehensive strategy to support merch category, through standalone merch drops and support tactics for larger campaigns where merch is a key component
Manage and partner with the current Associate of Brand Experience (focused on merch), on day to day execution of merch
Qualifications :
Experience in social, content partnerships, or brand collaborations
Proven ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent reps, and platform partners
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and pop culture trends
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Strong creative instincts with an eye for what makes content engaging, authentic, and on-brand
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
