Executive Administrative Specialist

Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Specialist, you will be part of the Administrative department supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of initiative, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Executive Administrative Specialist Location : Vancouver, WA (Onsite) Pay Range : $33.77 $44.20 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide high-level tactical and strategic administrative support to upper executive employees.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit executive presentations, reports, and expense documentation.
  • Maintain key records and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Mentor and lead administrative staff while coordinating workflows across departments.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 9+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Advanced organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in office software and executive-level communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex, sensitive matters with discretion.
