The Opportunity

As part of our North American expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to drive commercial growth in the Bay Area and beyond. This strategic role requires a proven leader who can execute a consultative enterprise sales approach, develop major client relationships, and deliver significant annual revenue growth. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the position offers a clear pathway to building and leading a high‑performing sales organization as our regional presence scales.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a sales strategy to exceed ambitious annual revenue targets (>

$12M).

Lead complex, enterprise‑level sales engagements with global corporations and industry leaders.

Identify and cultivate new strategic accounts, nurturing relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.

Oversee the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified go‑to‑market execution.

Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management practices with accurate forecasting and performance tracking.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.

Establish scalable sales processes and frameworks to support future team expansion and operational growth.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.

15+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership (VP or equivalent) roles.

Demonstrated record of exceeding revenue goals at the multimillion‑dollar level through enterprise sales.

Proven success in consultative selling to large corporate clients, ideally in technology, data analytics, or AI‑related fields.

Experience in startup or scale‑up environments, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.

Strong executive communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Data‑driven approach with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or combined technical and business academic background.

Familiarity with advanced AI, optimization, or quantum‑inspired technologies is a plus.

Prior experience leading market entry or launching new products in emerging technology sectors.

Estimated Min Rate : $250,000.00 / Annually

Estimated Max Rate : $350,000.00 / Annually
