Job Description

• Assist in managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely and accurate communication
• Support the Project Manager in schedule tracking, material procurement, and change order processing
• Conduct site visits to assist with field coordination and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
• Maintain organized project records and help manage daily administrative tasks for smooth project execution
