What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations at our printing facility. You’ll be the link between our clients and production teams, ensuring every order and inquiry is handled with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively hunt down answers and develop a strong understanding of our manufacturing processes.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide product and service support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, communications, and transactions.
- Process orders from initial quote request through to final shipping, ensuring accuracy at every step.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
