A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute HR strategic initiatives and manage HR programs such as onboarding and performance management
Provide consultation and coaching to managers on various HR matters and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions
Partner with leadership to develop policies, manage complex employee relations issues, and drive engagement and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred
7-10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations
Project management experience is strongly desired
Comprehensive HR expertise across core functional areas
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
