Technical Training Specialist
National Corporate Housing is seeking an energetic and experienced Technology Training Specialist. This individual will be responsible for creating and delivering training to support organizational technical requirements. This individual will also be instrumental in the implementing and maintaining of systems policies and procedures throughout the organization.

Responsibilities :
- Create, manage, and continually improve technical training for new or existing systems
- Create and deliver technology on-boarding program
- Provide user support for all business technology stacks
- Work with Division and Department leaders to meet training needs for technologies and systems
- Assist with implementation and training associates on new technology and business policies and procedures
- Work with Application Administrators to create Standard Operating Procedures for tech products and modules
- Create and update training videos, learning modules, courses, and presentations for tech products
- Conduct and lead specialized technology training with associates when there is a specific need beyond the standard training
- Work with the Training Department to implement business process and best practices for all technology stacks
- Partner with IT Department, Operations, and Learning & Development to identify training gaps and assist with selecting the appropriate courses to fill the gaps
- Assist with selection of technical content included in Learning Management System
- Determine overall effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Demonstrates a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise, specifically : SalesForce (CRM), Office 365 Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 and 11, Reservations System, Accounting Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Tango, and Articulate4 years of training experience is requiredSalesForce experience is preferredBachelor’s degree is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with othersComfortable in fast paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilitiesSome travel requiredAll employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.
