What We're Looking For :

We are actively hiring experienced 1099 subcontractor crews specializing in :

• Residential Shingle Roofing
• Durolast Flat Roofing (preferred)

These are per-job contract roles for work in the Traverse City and Saginaw, MI and surrounding areas. If you have the tools, transportation, and crew to do the job right, we want to hear from you.

Requirements :

Crews must be fully equipped to handle jobs independently.

Licensed crews are preferred but not required.

Liability and workers' comp insurance required..

Clean job sites, reliable scheduling, and communication with our project team.

This is independent contractor work (1099). We require a simple subcontractor agreement to define expectations and ensure compliance with Michigan residential code and OSHA safety standards.
