Your Impactful Journey Includes :

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitoring patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
  • Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients by actively engaging with their physical, emotional, and mental needs.
  • Celebrating each patient's progress and victories along their recovery journey.

    • Qualifications

  • Current LPN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
  • Experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred.
