HUD Property Manager

The HUD Property Manager leads day-to-day operations of an individual community with approximately 200 units in Nashville, TN. They'll manage residential real estate properties and oversee budgeting, workplace safety, financial reporting and tracking, marketing, operations, human resource administration and the property’s overall performance as a real estate asset.

This position offers :

• A base salary in the $65K range (based upon skills, credentials and years of experience)
• Additional compensation for leasing commissions as well as a quarterly property bonus calculated based upon occupancy rate and renewals!
