Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Prepare detailed estimates, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor / vendor pricing, and cost analyses for assigned projects.
- Lead the bid process by soliciting subcontractor participation, evaluating proposals, and ensuring competitive and comprehensive pricing.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain effective communication and resolve project issues.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and purchase agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress, providing guidance to field staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Provide accurate cost projections, financial reporting, and project updates to company leadership and clients.
- Participate in business development activities by maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with proposals as needed.
